There’s a big difference between someone who has done poor work for years, versus someone who could start doing work the correct way if allowed entry into the industry. Maybe start thinking about how human being need to take break? Mandatory overtime constantly on 12 hour shifts is ridiculous! At first was told 12 hour shift for 4 days and now have been told 12 hour days for 5-6 days. So basically I’ll never see my family or have any time to my self.
