They refused to budge on charges.
I can’t dispute it because my statements only go back 3 months and since I “opted for paperless billing” they can not provide me with statements from the time frame in dispute. They are all over the place even their managers. I was told I could have deferred payments after covid hit and could pay remaining balance by October. What is the point of saying calls are recorded when you can’t easily access the recordings? Read the fine print before you sign up, even if your dentist office makes it really easy to get this card. I was promised 1 year interest free on my balance but they “mistakenly” only gave me 6 months.

I was finally connected to a gentleman from another country who was very rude and repeatedly kept responding with a generic answer. When I asked to speak with a supervisor he hung up on me.
I will definitely be canceling my card and using a different medical credit provider! They robbed me of so much money for the last 6 months. I knew what I was dealing with when they started harassing me for payments only after a month of getting dental surgery. I would call and complain, but from reading these reviews, I can see there’s no use. I just paid them off in full, and I’m still waiting for them to find some kind of way to rob me some more. Contrary to what Carecredit has on their website, they are not offering any assistance with Covid beyond deferring a payment for a month.

I never noticed it because I got e-statements and my email said my auto payment had paid. So, I now owed more than the original amount. 6 month interest fee I requested. I called both AMC and care credit, neither would give me a credit for the interest charged.
